Good Morning, I recently bought the HP M24 WEBCAM ( 459J3AA ) monitor to use with my DELL xps 13" notebook.
I connected the monitor via usb-c and extended my current screen to the new monitor. I set up the recommended resolution (1920x1080@60HZ) to find out that the image is poor quality with pixeled icons and text.
I tried the monitor on a different computer but with the same result.
I checked all the settings but I cannot find anything wrong. Please, can someone confirm if it is "normal" so maybe a very bad monitor or if there is anything I can do to improve the quality.
I wanted to contact HP support but their website is not working either.

I see that you are facing monitor display-related issues. Do not worry, we are here to help you with it.

Firmware update to version 1.0.4.0 has actually resolved the issue I was having.
It also resolved another issue I didn't report with the microphone noise cancellation feature. It is not possible to enable it.
