Hi, when I bought this it had been resetted to a new installation. When I noticed the issue with the webcam I also tried a system reset but it didnt fix the issue. Anything else you can suggest?

@balderso

Thank you for posting back.

Let's try this:

  1. Unplug any external USB devices.

  2. In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.

  3. Click the plus sign next to Imaging devices.

  4. Right-click the name of the webcam and select Disable.

    Image: Device Manager showing an Imaging device (yours might be different)

  5. Click Yes to confirm.

  6. To make sure that your webcam was disabled, open the Camera app from the Start Menu. You should see the words Connect a camera displayed on-screen. If the webcam is still producing video in the Camera app, the wrong device was disabled, and you need to repeat these steps to disable the device name associated with your webcam.
    NOTE: To re-enable the webcam, repeat these steps, but select Enable instead of Disable.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
