Product: HP Spectre x360 13.5 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ef2000 IDS Base Model

Why does my laptop go to sleep in tablet mode? It's okay until about 330° but once it's completely shut the laptop goes to sleep. I have adjusted my power and lid settings, updated all my drivers, but it doesn't seem to solve the issue

I understand that your notebook goes to sleep mode, I am glad to assist you.

 

Update the Bios, chipset, and drivers using HP Support Assistant to fix this issue.

Download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: Click here
