Hp Spectre can't see dedicated GPU . Application e.g. GPU-Z can't see this GPU also .

Device manager indicates multiple problems with the PCI bus. ( Data , devices , etc ) 

Does this have anything to do with not detecting of this GPU ?

After entering the serial number, the support correctly identified my laptop.

I downloaded a lot of drivers from that side of HP support and the only thing that changed was in the Device Manager under Display adapters next to the integrated Intel Microsoft Basic Display Adapter (No ACPI support).

All attempts to install the driver have failed.

Same with the rest of the devices in that long list of Other devices .
