Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi,
I just bought a firefly g9 16" with intel 1265u processor and 400 nit screen. I am very disapointed when i see 60 hz refresh rate display and 22 sec. opening time. Is there problem with this laptop? I am using windows 11 pro 22h2. I updated from windows and hp support assistant.

The series has many options, did you SELECT the option which you wish to see ? Nothing wrong with your machine because you did not buy the right option.
Regards.

It says 120hz screen in overview site. Also opening time not make sense. it is 12th Generation laptap. laptops that are much less advanced boot up faster.
"HP DreamColor Display
Have confidence in what you see on screen with an HP DreamColor Display12 with 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and a 120Hz refresh rate you get smooth motion for high-speed videos"
