OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck0000 (2Y4A6AV)

Hey, My laptop came from warranty lately (a week ago). I had a black screen and on warranty they had full motherboard exchange and they tried to reset the laptop but didnt have some password due to the black screen I had and couldnt reset passwords (don;t think it's rellevant). So I got the laptop a week ago gone throught the config process of a new windows installation and 1st of all made all the windows updates and driver updates also BIOS etc. after I downloaded battle.net and World of Warcraft as i bought the laptop to play this game mainly and that's what I get (video and pictures), I thought it might be some windows malfunction but made a full clean installation of windows and still the same things nothing changed as in the video, I get weird as i call it "artifacts aberrations on my screen" sometimes i get it also when i open my browser and something like youtube and suddenly the whole browser crashes in aberrations, if you ask if its in other games i dont know for now but i personally think its not the game but something with this laptop as its defective since i bought it (couldn't play CoD because of directx crashes after which hlaf year later whole screen went black and the motherboard exchange) and to summarize what should I do but more likely what should i tell the custommer service because "after warranty WoW doesn't work" seems a a bit little.
