Hi @irfannasir05,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the performance and battery optimization options in the HP Command Center on your HP ENVY Laptop PC 14-Eb0000 (167S1AV). While I can't directly check your laptop's settings, I can provide some general troubleshooting steps that might help you resolve the issue.

  1. Restart your laptop: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches. Ensure you restart your laptop and check if the options reappear.

  2. Update HP Command Center: Make sure you have the latest version of the HP Command Center installed. You can check for updates through the Microsoft Store or HP's official website.

  3. Check for Windows Updates: Ensure that your Windows operating system is up-to-date. Sometimes, system updates can affect the performance of certain applications, including the HP Command Center.

  4. Reinstall HP Command Center: If the issue persists, try uninstalling the HP Command Center and then reinstalling it. You can do this through the "Add or remove programs" feature in the Windows Settings.

    a. Open Settings.

    b. Go to "Apps" or "Apps & features."

    c. Locate HP Command Center, click on it, and select "Uninstall."

    d. After uninstalling, download the latest version of HP Command Center from the official HP website and reinstall it.

  5. Check Power Settings in Windows: Ensure that the power settings in Windows are correctly configured. Go to "Power & sleep settings" and check the advanced power settings to make sure they align with your preferences.

Remember to back up important data before making any significant changes to your system, such as reinstalling software.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
