I was using my hp for zoom all of a sudden they couldn't see me, I switched my camera shutter on and off and it was fine. Later after going off zoom the light won't turn off even though I am signout off zoom it stays on. It only goes off if my camera shutter is closed. This laptop is literally 2 weeks old. Any ideas will be appreciated.
Edit: I won't be needing help with this laptop again as it had other issues also so I returned it. Thank you
