Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my Laptop built-in camera is not working. when i  open camera app it shows black screen followed by error message(0xA00F4292<PhotoCaptureStartTimeout>)  

i tried with windows camera app from Microsoft store and also tried with Cyberlink YouCam 6 app . 
tried below troubleshooting steps but no luck.

checked app permissions.

did camera app reset.  

allowed camera app in antivirus and in firewall
in device manager uninstalled re installed the webcam hardware

kindly help me with any solution to fix this issue. Thanks
