Product: Pavilion x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the hp pavilion x360 convertible 14 cd0027na and I have recently bought a hp rechargeable mpp 2.0 tilt pen due to it being recommended by the vitual assistant and a hp rep on the website. I have ensured all my drivers are upto date, the pen has a solid white light but I cannot get it to connect to my laptop. There is no information online, and no support. Every time I enter my serial number for the pen it won't find my product, I don't understand what am I supposed to do? Please help I need to finish an assignment ASAP and need the pen
