Hp pen 1MR94AA, 910942-001, 920241-001
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have this Hp pen 1MR94AA black bought last year. It never worked for me. I tried to change the battery and insert new ones, yet still unpaired. Any suggestions on how this work? Does it pair using Bluetooth or it automatically pair by touching the screen? If anyone have encountered this problem (  either you fixed it or not ) just let me know.

Hi KrazyToad,

My notebook details are the following :

Serial Number : 5CD8335XQP

Product name: Hp spectre x360 Convertible 15-ch008ca

Product number: 3PQ42UA#ABL

Is it possible that the pen is not working ? because I tried the other pen of the same model, and it worked well.
