Hp pen not working

My hp stylus pen is suddenly not working at all, should I change the battery or is it because of some other reason????

Yes, I read the article, but it didn't really help me or answered my question 

what I needed to know is, it's been quite a long time my stylus pen was inactive, I didn't use it much so I guess that's the reason the battery drained. So, what should I do now. I live in Bangladesh, where will I get the battery?

I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
