The screen on my printer goes blank every time it goes to sleep. The printer is still showing that it's powered on and even connected to WiFi, just nothing on the screen. I can unplug the power cord from the back of the printer and plug it back in and it will restart and the screen works, until the next time it goes to sleep. Anyone know how I can fix this?

@Heather850 Greetings from the HP Community!
I suggest you perform a hard reset using the below steps:
- Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- NOTE:
- HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
- NOTE:
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
If the issue persists, upgrade the printer firmware using this link: click here
Also, click here to access the user guide and go through the steps to disable auto power off using Page. 65.
