Specter x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop doesn’t take input from the keyboard, trackpad, or touchscreen. It was working earlier in the day, I didn’t install any new hardware or software.

Steps taken:

1. Hard reset (holding down power button for 10sec)

2. Windows Recovery (without wiping personal files)

Computer only recognizes mouse or keyboard when plugged in by USB, also followed steps on past forum, Solved: keyboard, trackpad, and touchscreen not recognized - HP Support Community - 6830643

Update: I was able to get the mouse and keyboard to work, but touchscreen doesn't work even when in tablet mode

I am having the same issue. Touchscreen, trackpad and keyboard not working. Can I know what you did to fix it?
