Product: spectre
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have a new spectre 360 just purchased we have no understanding how to use the external webcam we bought its suppose to be plug and play costing around 50 bucks i cannot find any information at all on a manual installation or full time use anywhere online or with hp so far how the heck do i switch from the built in cam to a external cam and why is there no info at all or switching information on my machine its real frustrating how complicated this process is just to use a webcam for god sakes tell kevin yu up there in settle i hate his software will ya he is a friend of mine at hp hq lol anyway i need help setting up this external cam for full time use .

We are fully aware of this fact of a built in webcam if you took the time to read the dam question  instead of just blurting out a standard textbook answer you would have seen we were referring to using a external web cam and why the heck is it we were charged 1800.00 for this machine that came with zero  instruction of use? it was brand new.
