Hi Team,

 

I'm also facing the problem of Hp spectre 360 screen has vertical lines from last 7-10 days. Earlier I though that its once appeared on the laptop. Now each time when you start it shows vertical line & after 2 mins immediately disappear. Is this caused by any latest update?

I completely agree with you. The same thing happened to me. HP is selling defective products and blaming it on the customers. My laptop was not even 1 week old when this happened . I got it inspected by a computer company who said that there was no physical signs of damage. Yet HP is charging me 714.44 USD to fix it despite me having a warranty. They are a fradulent company and my business with them has ended as neither me nor anyone I know will purchase any other products from this company. I paid 1200USD for my brand new laptop and within a month they want me to pay more than half of my laptop again.
