hi, so i have a question about the Hp spectre sure view on my laptop so basically whenever I press f1 on my keyboard which is the sure view button my screen is just dimmed and I know how sure view is supposed to work it is meant to make it hard or impossible for the person sat next to you to see.

I understand that the viewing angles may be worse because of sure view but since my viewing angles are bad as a bare minimum I want my sure view to be working.

my privacy button is on f1 

and I do not know how to open hp sure view as every time I try and open it it says my device is compatible but there is no option to get it. 

 

And when I click f1 the person say next to me can see my screen very clearly

 

It just darkens
