Product: Tilt pen

just got a new envy and there's no light on the side of the tilt pen to see if it's connected and the battery status 

I've managed to get it connected but have no light at the side

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

Firstly let's update the Bluetooth driver to resolve the issue:https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp87001-87500/sp87428.exe
