Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Good morning, i have a problem. My integrated webcam doesn't work... when i go to device management there is an exclamation point and, after double clicking, there is this writing "Impossibile caricare il driver di dispositivo per questo hardware. Il driver potrebbe essere danneggiato o mancante. (Codice 39)"... so i need the drivers to try to install them.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  • Right-click the device name from the list webcam, then click Uninstall.
    Once you restart your computer the webcam device will install automatically. If the issue persists, follow next steps.
  • Update a driver from the Driver tab of a device Properties page.
  • Double-click the device name to get to the Properties page in Device Manager, click the Driver tab, then click the Update Driver button.
