Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-dw1000 (1W803AV)

I have been trying to reach out to hp paid service for the display flickering issue since my product is out of warranty. I had called the hp customer service and they told they will be sending quotation for the same over my email within 24 hours and will followup over the call the very next day. This was on the weekend on wednesday and it's saturday that i have not received any quotation neither the call from hp services. They don't even have the active nearby store upto 200 km , I have tried to reach out to the numbers available on the google but they were just the sellers and not authorised service provider. when I called one store and asked them for their proper address they didn't send me one. This is horrible now , its been a week i am trying to followup with the hp people and fix the issue asap but none of them seem to be actively helping out. Does hp not care enough of their customers if they are out of warranty? I bet you will surely start loosing the customers in this way !!

Hope if someone from hp team sees and would want to help ! pls followup with my case id number (5165143338 ) for quotation and home service as promised over customer service call.
