I accidentally disabled my HP 5MP Camera. How to restore it? I've been using it and it's not working

My camera isn't working despite having it allowed to be accessed by apps and Microsoft edge. I was troubleshooting and accidentally disabled the HP 5MP Camera, not it's a complete disaster. I can't even open another camera app. Help me pls, this computer is new.
