I am unable to configure the HP tilt Pen on my laptop

I could not configure my HP Rechargeable MPP2.0 Tilt Pen to my Laptop. After installing the HP Pen Control App, I was told that the app "was not compatible with this computer" even though the virtual assistant said it was. How do I get it to work on my Laptop or who should I contact to make it work?

HP Pen Control is an application meant to be used with the HP Pen (1MR94AA ). 

The Pen (that I find) that is marked as compatible to your computer:

Accessories

2MY21AA

HP Tilt Pen

The pen you have purchased - one of:

Accessories	3J122AA	HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen
Accessories	3J123AA	HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen

The MPP pens do not make use of an external driver nor are they compatible with the HP Pen Control.

The solution:

1. Do not use HP Pen Control unless you have an HP Pen (1MR94AA ).
2. The HP Pen Control application can (should) be uninstalled from Settings > Apps > Apps and Features

If you can find it, the HP Tilt Pen 2MY21AA is marked as compatible wit your computer.

NOTE

The HP Tilt Pen makes use of a driver.  The driver version might depend on which version of Windows 10 is running.  For example, the driver for Windows V1909 might be different than the driver for Windows V2004.
