I could not configure my HP Rechargeable MPP2.0 Tilt Pen to my Laptop. After installing the HP Pen Control App, I was told that the app "was not compatible with this computer" even though the virtual assistant said it was. How do I get it to work on my Laptop or who should I contact to make it work?

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.
HP Pen Control is an application meant to be used with the HP Pen (1MR94AA ).
The Pen (that I find) that is marked as compatible to your computer:
Accessories | 2MY21AA | HP Tilt Pen |
The pen you have purchased - one of:
Accessories | 3J122AA | HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen |
Accessories | 3J123AA | HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen |
The MPP pens do not make use of an external driver nor are they compatible with the HP Pen Control.
The solution:
- Do not use HP Pen Control unless you have an HP Pen (1MR94AA ).
- The HP Pen Control application can (should) be uninstalled from Settings > Apps > Apps and Features

If you can find it, the HP Tilt Pen 2MY21AA is marked as compatible wit your computer.
NOTE
The HP Tilt Pen makes use of a driver. The driver version might depend on which version of Windows 10 is running. For example, the driver for Windows V1909 might be different than the driver for Windows V2004.
