My camera isn't working, it is something with driver issues ig, tried all the troubleshoots, mailed and msged many times to hp but no response, I have to open cases one from March nd other this month for the same, but no response from hp, few weeks ago I got a call from hp sales ( to extend warranty ) but when I said my problems and stated I'm ready to claim my current warranty for the issues, he just said "I don't know abt those call someone else ", done all the things I can even tried contacting through whatsapp, email, call but atlast no response and now here I'm

Thank you for reaching HP support, and Sorry to hear about the trouble. It looks like the case details you shared are not available. Please help me with the case number or the PC details in private, so I can try to check and get all the help, including steps to try and fix the issue.
