why dont i have amd graphics and yet in the laptop specs hp elitebook 8460p has it

Hi:

 

Most of the Elitebook 8460p's only come with the onboard Intel HD graphics.

 

The AMD/Intel switchable graphics was an option.

 

See the notebook quickspecs below...page 7...

 

AMD Radeon™ HD 6470M discrete graphics with 1 GB dedicated video memory or integrated Intel® HD
Graphics 3000 (Intel HD Graphics 3000 are available on the 8460p only)
