Product: HP ENVY Laptop - 13-ba0043tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot adjust the notebook brightness no matter from keyboard shortcut or menu from setting and notification area.

 

I only can do that by combination of 2 steps, first set the brightness level I want in notification area or any where I can find the brightness slider, steps 2 is disable and re-enable the "Generic Pnp Monitor" driver in device manager.

 

It's very very inconvenient & and uncomfortable using. Pls fix it as soon as possible.

 

I'm using windows 10 x64.
