My LCD display is broken... I'm using my laptop via External monitor connected through HDMI (the only display out port in my laptop). Now i want to display my BIOS onto the external monitor but my laptop refuses to do so...
Have tried various methods like-
1. Close lid asap after pressing the F10
2. Remove display connector from motherboard
3. Remove the connector from IPS panel.... i. e camera works
4. Removing connections of Digitizer and LCD from motherboard.
5. Tried to enter in UEFI boot option via windows troubleshooting option.
None worked.
Please help as i cannot even find a replacement screen for my laptop i.e B133XW03

@GoodEvil Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are unable to boot into BIOS on an external monitor.
The BIOS option will not work on the external display. It will open on a laptop screen only.
You have to change the laptop display.
I would suggets you contact our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.
Or you can contact the local service center for repair.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.
