I cannot find a VRAM in my laptop and cant play any videos or anything

 i am using an intel i3 processor power laptop with 8gb ddr3 ram. the same problem persists in all the operating system i used 

-ubuntu 20.04

windows 10 

windows 7

i cant change the screen brightness 

i cant play videos

i cant use any softwares which involves any graphic.

when i try to install intel driver the system runs into a blank screen and stops working.

please help.

The specs of your machine is

It uses Intel HD graphics 4400 . It is  no longer supported from Intel

Thanks for the suggestion but It doesn't work. My screen goes blank when I install the Intel driver. So I had to go back to revert using safe mode .
