Product: Probook 650 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I Cant find my display driver.My HP probook 650 g4 laptop has intel 620 hd graphics.But when i'm installing it via windows update.It blocked and shows that inf file is invalid.Now what to do?

If your notebook only has the onboard Intel HD graphics and not a switchable graphics setup, see my knowledge base article at the link below, for how to manually update the Intel graphics driver to the latest version...
