Product: HP Chromebook 14 inch 14a-na1000 (323Q3AV)
Operating System: Chrome OS
The trackpad on my hp chromebook book doesn't work. When I try to scroll down pages the mouse jumps to the bottom of the screen and scrolls all the way to the bottom of the page or all the way to the top. It does this with all websites including the apps on the computer like in settings. It's been doing this since I got it with was last year but I haven't been using it because of the trackpad. I've tried turning it off and then on again, drumrolling my fingers , preforming a hard reset and all that, messing with the settings still doesn't work. I can see the mouse on screen when using the USB mouse and I can scroll. It's just the trackpad that's messed up.
