Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

As I said in title i cant use my laptop at 144 hz do i need to reset my drivers(if I need it could you tell me how) or its something about my GPU? I will add a foto to show you the problem its when i try make it 144 hz (screen freezes like that)its when i try make it 144 hz (screen freezes like that)when its 60 hz(everything normal)when its 60 hz(everything normal)

the first thing you should indicate is the complete model of the laptop to know if it has a 144 Ghz display.
