You could take it to the nearest HP service center or contact them

You could also take it to your local computer repair shop which could probably repair it quite easily if it is only the screen.

Does the computer start, you see the leds? If you attach to external monitor/TV (HDMI Port) do you see an image?

The part number for the panel is 762229-007 and you can find online with part number
