I have an hp pavilion 360, which I have two external monitors, and one of them won't work.

So I have 2 external monitors, and one of them is connected using the HDMI port, and the other is connected through the USB-c port, with a Benfei USB Type-C to HDMI 3 Feet Cable, and the one that is connected using the benfei isn't working, I don't know if the cable is broken, or if my computer just can't support 2 external monitors, if the latter, then I will be severely disappointed as my entire desk arrangement relies on my three screens (the two external ones and the built in screen on the laptop) any and all help is appreciated and please help, thanks.

What is your Pavilion x360 Convertible 14m-dh0xxx ? For example

         HP Pavilion x360 - 14m-dh0003dx

In terms of connectivity, your machine probably has same following ports

• 1 USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C™ (Data Transfer Only, 5 Gb/s signaling rate);
• 2 USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A (Data Transfer Only);
• 1 AC smart pin;
• 1 HDMI;
• 1 headphone/microphone combo;

As you can see, its USB-C is for Data Transfer Only therefore USB-C to HDMI cable won't work. For 2 external monitors (plus its screen = 3) you need a DisplayLink Certified USB dock. For example
