I have a bad connection on my HP 15-BS060WM Notebook display.  The only way i can make it work is by wedging something in the center between screen and base.  Any Idea what is loose back there?  And can I fix it myself?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are not getting any display on the computer screen as there is a loose connection.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend contact support and check for the available service options for your computer as this needs to be checked physically at an HP authorized service center to find out what is the exact issue.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
