Hello @Laureigh,

If you're referring to HP Support chat, this generally varies among different regions and different warranty types. You can see if you have live chat available by looking at your contact HP options.

Contact HP Worldwide here.

You can also try HP's relatively new Virtual Agent.

Kind regards,

Eddy

I tried the Virtual Chat but you cannot get a live person to talk to.

If you need to get ahold of a real person on chat, you need to check your contact options.

Contact HP Worldwide here.

Hello @Laureigh,

That normally happens if you attempt to contact them outside of their office hours or if they're taking a lunch break, etc.

Check back later, on a weekday, not too late in the day, and see if it works then.

Phone support should be more widely available but if you insist on using chat support, I would suggest trying again later. If you're having general issues contacting HP, let me know and a moderator/support rep may get back to you.
