You can download the Synaptics Touchpad Driver for your HP laptop running Windows 10 version 22H2 (64-bit) directly from HP’s official support site: Official HP® Support.

 Installation Instructions

  1. Download and run the .exe file.
  2. If the driver doesn’t install automatically:
    • Open Device Manager.
    • Expand Mice and other pointing devices.
    • Right-click the Synaptics device > Update driver.
    • Choose Browse my computer for drivers.
    • Navigate to: C:\SWSetup\sp101991
    • Ensure "Include subfolders" is checked.
    • Click Next and follow the prompts.
  3. Restart your laptop after installation.
