You can download the Synaptics Touchpad Driver for your HP laptop running Windows 10 version 22H2 (64-bit) directly from HP’s official support site: Official HP® Support.
Installation Instructions
- Download and run the .exe file.
- If the driver doesn’t install automatically:
- Open Device Manager.
- Expand Mice and other pointing devices.
- Right-click the Synaptics device > Update driver.
- Choose Browse my computer for drivers.
- Navigate to: C:\SWSetup\sp101991
- Ensure "Include subfolders" is checked.
- Click Next and follow the prompts.
- Restart your laptop after installation.
