I have a Chromebook that I bought from Best Buy on 7/26/2021, so received it no sooner than 7/27/2021 but after providing that email you reset the warranty to be from 7/17/2021 to 7/16/2022 (expired!). I think it should still be in effect for a few more days, and I need to have the webcam and other power-up / sleep issues resolved. How can I get this addressed? It was case [Personal Information Removed]. Thanks!
