Hello, i think that my GPU is overheating.. The name of it is a NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU

When i put it underload or when i play some games the GPU reaches about 83 degrees celsius and is on about 60%

Then the game starts lagging the GPU Usage drops to 1% and the temperature drops down to 74 degrees celsius and after a few seconds the game starts running good again and it just repeats.
