I would like to know if I can upgrade my Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500 inside of my HP Laptop ?

Sorry,  Intel(R) HD Graphics or Intel(R) UHD Graphics comes with processor families therefore you have to change processor (if applicable) on your machine.

 

Nowadays, nearly all consumers laptops/notebooks have processors which are soldered to mother board and changing motherboard (if available) is very expensive.

Hi,

Graphics is integrated on the motherboard and not upgradable. On page 58 of service manual you can see the list of motherboards. However it would most likely cost more than buying new PC

An upgrade which would give a great boost to everyday performance would be to replace the HDD with a 2.5" SSD.
