Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-dh0088tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My laptop's touchpad doesn't work and the hid device failed. Code 10 error showing. The touchpad option in settings eventually vanished. I am facing this problem for almost two years. I tried all the solutions but nothing worked. My question is why HP isn't coming up with new drivers. HP doesn't want their previous users anymore? What's the solution? The problem was in windows 10 and still in windows 11. I need a solution asap. They didn't upload any driver on their website for after Jan 29, 2021 for the touchpad. Why?
