I'm reset to factory default and can not access to IP [Personal Information Removed] of Switch.  

 

Please advise.

The switch is NOT an HP product, IP 192.168.1.1 or IP 192.168.1.0 is the switch default IP address. Can you access it using a LAN cable ?
