Product: M27ha
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new monitor out of the box does not display the desktop shortcuts.  Few status bar shortcuts appear and only date and time on the right side of the task bar.  Icons will not open.  I have been told there are settings for the display on the PC (Lenovo Ideacentre) but nothing has worked.
