Inaccurate colors in HP ProBook 450 G8

I just bought HP ProBook 450 G8, and the display colors appear inaccurate.  For example, the red color looks nearly orange and the white color is not that white. My specific question is: Is this laptop well known with this problem so I should return it within the 14-days availability to return? or there is a solution? I have tried color calibration but no change. Thank you

I think it might be due to the Eyesafe feature.

My laptop model is not listed in Eyesafe devices. My problem is that all colors appear faint and deviated from normal. I have a 10-year-back old dell laptop which is not even ips panel, however colors are more accurate than this HP model!

Hello, we are having the exact same issue. White is not white, but more yellow on this type of notebook (1A893AV).

I don´t know if this is important, but even in a remote session (TeamViewer) the screen of the notebook appears more yellow than white on a computer that actually has a good monitor..Take a look at the screenshot below: right side is chrome on local desktop. Left side is Chrome on new HP notebook using TeamViewer. You can clearly see the difference in color. And this is exactly how the screen of the HP notebook shows the white... Really strange behaviour. Would like to know how we can flip the yellow to white. One last remark: this is not an isolated case. We bought 25 of these: they are all the same.

Thank you for your comment. The point you mentioned about the TeamViewer is really surprising! Did you come to any solution to this problem? Is there any chance to get the colors of ProBook G8 more accurate or should I return it to the seller? I love everything about this laptop (the metal body, the light weight, the speedy CPU...) except for the display colors.

unfortunately I have not found a solution for this at this time. My supplier is looking into the problem right now. If there is any update I will post it here.
