Hi, i would like a little help with my hp pavilion 17 f001dx notebook. See my laptop has an a8 6410 apu processor with integrated radeon r5 graphics, doe i know the vram is spared from system ram i also know my laptop can increase the vram till 2048 mb.
My current RAM memory is 8gb dual, 1600 MHz, and VRAM 1024

Integrated video (iGPU) does not have room for keep VRAM, it relies on System. System will work this out and allocate/assign spare/available system RAM to VRAM automatically when required up to max limit. System will also take VRAM back when required (the number is dynamic, not fix). During the good old days, we could do this from BIOS but now OS is smarter.
The following document shows Max shared RAM for Intel iGPU versions (I can't find a similar list from AMD).

And please don't take me wrong but your first answer took in vane all i wrote when i formulate my first question and it was the same answer given to all users who asked the same to hp community. So please i do not ask for another Robot answer but a true technical one. If hp says my laptop CAN upgrade it's VRAM till 2gb, (and my pc has more than plenty unused RAM) how can i increase my VRAM from 1gb to 2gb. Is a simple question
