Hi @Sreelakshmi123,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The HP Pavilion Aero 13.3-inch laptop does not typically come with a touchscreen feature. It's important to check the specific model and configuration of your laptop to confirm whether it includes a touchscreen, as configurations can vary.
If you find that your model does not have a touchscreen, you cannot install a touchscreen driver, as the hardware is not present.
However, if you have a different HP laptop with a touchscreen and are looking for drivers, you can follow these steps.
Check for Existing Drivers:
- Open Device Manager (right-click the Start button and select Device Manager).
- Look for Human Interface Devices and check if HID-compliant touch screen is listed. If it is, the driver should already be installed.
Install or Update Drivers:
- Go to the HP Support website and search for your specific laptop model.
- Download the latest touchscreen driver available for your model.
- Install the driver by following the on-screen instructions.
Windows Update:
- Sometimes, Windows Update will provide drivers. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.
Manufacturer’s Website:
- If you're unsure of the model, you can use HP’s Support Assistant tool or their website to help detect and download the necessary drivers.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
