Hello,
I have a a HP laptop 255 G7 with Windows 11 installed on it.
I want to use this laptop with the integrated Webcam for an online proctored exam.
The app used for this proctored exam is called Onvue and when i launch the app i get the error message "please disconnect all usb devices that are connected" although i did not have anything connected.
After some troubleshooting on the laptop i disabled the USB ports from the device manager but the integrated webcam stopped working. If i disable the USB ports the Camera stops working, if i enable the ports the Camera works but i am unable to proceed further because i get the error message above that i have something connected via USB and that is not allowed as per policy.
The drivers are up to date for the camera .
I have had other Onvue protored exams using this laptop and it worked perfectly. What else can i try to make it work so i can take my proctored exam using this laptop?
Thank you
