Product: HP Laptop 15-bs0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Intel HD Graphics Driver 620 has a yellow triangle with an error "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)".  I have tried uninstalling the driver (deleting the driver) and having the system update it automatically at startup.  Even the recent update that was sent out by HP failed.  I am trying to use a second monitor, but it won't recognize it I think because this driver has an error.

Hi:

 

If your notebook only has the onboard Intel graphics, see if manually installing the latest driver directly from Intel resolves the problem.
