I'm having some issues with a video editing software that I use and the tech support there insists that it is because my GPU driver (Intel (R) Hd Graphics 620) is out of date. It is currently at 10/17/2017. They sent my to Intel's website to update it. However, Intel's little checker thing told me that I had a custom driver and needed to update it through HP. So, I went to your website to locate the driver and found one 3/6/2018. However, when I install it, it says that it is older than the one I have on my computer, which shouldn't be true by the dates listed. I went through the installation anyways and it said it installed. Then, when I checked the driver in the device manager, it still said my driver was at 10/17/17. I am at a loss of what to do here. Where do I get the updated driver that works, as the tech support insists this is what my problem is?

If your notebook only has the onboard Intel graphics adapter, see my knowledgebase article at the link below for how to manually update the Intel graphics driver to the latest version...
