Intermittent touchscreen the problem occurs when it enters power-saving mode, windows 11 hpx360 envy

I have already performed all the tests suggested by the HP virtual assistant, updated drivers, and restarted numerous times. In the pen and touch information, the message appears: "Pen or touch input is not available for this screen."

Intermittent touchscreen, I realized that the problem was when it enters power-saving mode. I am using it normally, and when it enters power-saving mode, it stops working. So, what can I do to make the touchscreen work again? I fully charge the computer, go to the Device Manager, expand Human Interface Devices, and locate the I2C HID device (which I realize is related to the touchscreen). I uninstall it, restart the computer, and it gets automatically reinstalled, and the touchscreen works again until the battery enters power-saving mode once more. In the Device Manager, under the properties of the I2C HID device in power management, I disabled the option "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power," but the problem still persists.
Other observations: When the touchscreen isn't working, in the Device Manager, under Human Interface Devices, the I2C HID device appears with a yellow "triangle" indicating attention. I noticed that when I click on the properties of this device and check the details in the power data property, the current power state is at level D3, and when the touchscreen is working properly, this current power state is at level D0.

I can use the touchscreen normally until it enters power-saving mode, but after that, to use it again, I have to redo the above procedures every time, and it's very tiring and exhausting.
