My camera is not working on my HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9X9AV).

I contacted Microsoft and did all the troubleshooting, they reported it is a driver issue, but could not find the driver to install.
Can someone help me with that?

Re-enable the camera in Device Manager and install the latest HP SoftPaq driver.

The camera is already enabled. Where do I find the SoftPaq driver? I do not see this in the list of drivers for my device.

HP Recommended

It's already enabled. I installed all available drivers, none of them were the camera one. I cannot find a new camera driver. Please advise.
