HP Laptop - 15s-du2067tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is not able to detect its internal display. when connected to external monitor via HDMI, laptop is treating external display as primary display. Even bios is not able to detect the display. When F10 is pressed, bios setup is only visible when external monitor is connected via HDMI.

Laptop is dual booted having windows 10 and ubuntu 22.04. Display works fine on ubuntu. but it does not show GRUB bootloader menu, it directly shows login screen.

I have tried following methods until now

1. Turning off laptop, pressing power button for 1 minute

2. Removal of battery and adapter. pressing power button for 1 minute. then inserting battery and turn on the laptop

3. Bios reset using Power+Win+B

4.Updating windows drivers (I don't think it is a driver issue since BIOS is also not able to detect the display)
